BellyOff is an Android fitness app focused on belly reduction after 40, built around a 10-minute daily practice: diaphragmatic breathing, posture correction, and gentle somatic movement. No gym, no equipment, no jumping, with AI trainers Maya and Alex guiding every session in six languages.
Who it is for
The app is designed for the 40+ body. After 40, a protruding belly is often a cortisol, posture, and deep-core problem rather than purely a calorie problem. High-intensity training raises cortisol, and crunches strain the lower back. BellyOff avoids both: no flexibility is required and all movements stay in a comfortable, pain-free range.
How it works
- Phase A, minutes 1-3, Deep Activation: diaphragmatic breathing activates the transverse abdominis and calms the nervous system.
- Phase B, minutes 4-7, Posture Reset: anterior pelvic tilt correction and postural muscle activation, with no crunches and no back strain.
- Phase C, minutes 8-10, Gentle Movement: somatic walking and flow movement for full-body integration, with zero impact.
What you get
