Peekers

A free card and memory game for Android: three face-down cards in a pyramid, one three-second peek, and everything else happens in your head. Swap, throw, and when you think you hold the fewest points, end the round. Play online against players from around the world, with friends by invite code, or against the computer, even offline.

Peekers - the game table: four players, pyramids of face-down cards, deck and pile
Peekers - swap it or throw it? A card drawn from the deck, ready to go into the pyramid
Peekers - home screen: quick match, play with friends, play the computer, Operation Zero and league
Peekers - my rewards: tables and card backs that open with levels

Peekers (מציצים in Hebrew) is a quick card game you win with memory, not luck. Every player has three face-down cards in a pyramid. At the start of each round you peek at your top card for three seconds, and from then on only your memory knows what is there. The goal: finish every round with as few points as possible. Free, in English and Hebrew, no sign-up.

Coming soon to Google Play. The Android version is in Google's review right now.

How to play Peekers

Every card is worth its number, from 0 to 12. Points add up from round to round, reaching 100 puts you out, and the last player standing wins.

Three special cards that change the round

Hidden in the deck are the Spy, the Thief and Double Turn. The Spy peeks at a rival's card, the Thief swaps one of your cards with a rival's, and Double Turn gives you another turn at once. Whoever draws one keeps it aside, seen only by them, and plays it at the right moment. The Spy and the Thief work even on the last turn of the round. Everyone knows something is waiting. Nobody knows what.

Four ways to play

Trophies, levels and funny tables

Every win brings trophies, and a better result brings more. Trophies raise your level, and each level opens a new table or card back: a picnic, grandma's table, a spaceship, a market and a boat. There is also a weekly league with friends.

Who it is for

Anyone who likes card games such as Cabo, Golf or Yaniv, and anyone who likes memory games. A round takes a few minutes, so a full game fits a break, a ride or an evening with friends. Rated for everyone 13 and up.

How it was built

Peekers was built end to end by Asaf Bendor with Claude Code: a native Android app, a real-time game server, and one rules engine shared by the server and the game on the phone, so a match against the computer plays exactly like a match online.

FAQ

What is Peekers?

A free card and memory game for Android. Every player has three face-down cards in a pyramid, peeks at the top one for three seconds, and each turn swaps or throws a card. Whoever ends the round with the fewest points wins it.

How do you win at Peekers?

Remember what is in your pyramid, swap high cards for low ones, and tap "End the round" when you are sure you hold the fewest points. Reaching 100 points puts a player out, and the last one standing wins the game.

Can I play with friends?

Yes. Create a table and invite friends with an invite code, two to four players. There are also quick matches against players from around the world, and a weekly league with friends.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Playing against the computer, at three difficulty levels, works without an internet connection.

What do the special cards do?

The Spy peeks at a rival's card, the Thief swaps one of your cards with a rival's, and Double Turn gives you another turn at once. You keep them aside and play them at the start of a turn. The Spy and the Thief work even on the last turn of the round.

What is Operation Zero?

One daily challenge for all players: the same cards for everyone, five turns, lowest total wins. You can share your result with friends without giving the cards away.

Is Peekers like Cabo or Golf?

Like Cabo and Golf, your cards are face down, the lowest total wins, and the whole game is about memory. The difference: a pyramid of three cards, a single peek, a 25-point penalty for ending the round too early, and three special cards.

Is it free?

Yes. The game is free and shows ads. There are no in-app purchases and no account or sign-up.

Which languages and devices?

English and Hebrew, on Android phones. It is coming to Google Play soon.
